Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a production or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient running of production while adhering to safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
2. Operate various types of machinery used in manufacturing.
3. Monitor machine operation to detect problems and ensure smooth functioning.
4. Perform quality checks to ensure final products meet company standards.
5. Troubleshoot issues during the production process and make minor repairs or adjustments.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and machinery.
7. Follow safety protocols and company procedures strictly.
8. Complete production reports and log sheets as required.
9. Work closely with maintenance and quality assurance teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with production procedures and machine operation.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or other relevant machine certifications.
• Experience with CNC machines, injection molding, or other industry-specific equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, or chemicals depending on the industry.
