Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including: sheet metal blanking and laser equipment; press brakes and forming equipment; PEM insertion machines; spot welding equipment; deburring and finishing equipment.
• Meet daily production schedules and quality expectations.
• Track production quantities and report completed work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify equipment problems, quality concerns, and process improvements.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
