SourceNow is seeking experienced Machine Operators in North Carolina to produce engineered laminate materials for aerospace applications. The role involves operating laminating and adhesive‑mixing equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production.

You will monitor temperatures, pressures, and process conditions, mix adhesives, and perform quality checks. Forklift operation and data entry are part of daily duties as you contribute to a clean, safe work area.

• Monitor machine temperatures, pressures, tension, and process conditions
• Mix and prepare adhesives
• Perform quality checks and collect samples
• Move materials using forklifts, hoists, and other equipment
• Enter production and material data
• Perform machine cleaning and changeovers
• Assist with troubleshooting and reducing downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience or ability to work safely in a production environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Laminating, coating, converting, or roll‑to‑roll experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with adhesives or industrial equipment
