We are currently looking for Machine Operatorsto join our team!$2,000 Sign on BONUS!

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of our Processing or Packaging lines.

Hours: 5:50AM-6:00PM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Pay rate: $19.93-27.92 (based on position)

A Taste of the Job:

• Operating various automated packaging & processing equipment in the production process.
• Setting up machinery and ensuring all production materials are readily available for each run.
• Operating and monitoring equipment and replenishing materials as needed.
• Visually inspecting production runs and documenting results.
• Troubleshooting minor line and equipment issues and notifying maintenance if unable to resolve.
• Performing machine changeovers, set-up, adjustments, and cleaning of processing or packaging equipment to maintain continuous and efficient production
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
• Ensuring all proper labeling and paperwork are documented accordingly
• Ensuring product meets quality standards as set by management and Quality Assurance and making necessary adjustments to maintain standards
• Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)and Lean Initiatives as set forth by management

Path for Success:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must have good attendance
• Must have strong attention to detail, work well as part of a team and be flexible to help where needed
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of industrial technology a plus. (e.g. HMI interface, labeling equipment, etc.)
• Must be able to stand, twist, bend for 12 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
