Job Description: Machine Operator

Location: Stockton, CA

Position: Machine Operator

Shift: 1st - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Wage: $23.75 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery to ensure high-quality production at capacity.
• Follow safety protocols and standardized work procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform pre-operation checks and start-up activities for multiple machines.
• Collaborate with team members and support teams to maintain continuous, high-quality production with minimal waste.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills, troubleshooting, gear rotation, etc.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools like ratchets, impact drills, wrenches.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.
