Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a Machine Operator to join the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) and work with the Maintenance Department to set-up, start-up, and operate rotational molding equipment, producing plastic parts at a steady output rate and high quality.

You will prepare molds, monitor quality and cycle-time, adjust processing with supervision, document scrap reports, and maintain 5S housekeeping while following ISO requirements and all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and stay on feet for the full shift (8+ hours).
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical labor in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and squat while loading molds and removing finished parts.
