• Follow batch sheets with great attention to detail.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient production.
• Perform quality checks to meet customer specifications.
• Perform equipment PMs and clean equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.

Job Description:

Operate and monitor production machinery to safely and efficiently manufacture, fill, blend, and package adhesive and sealant products while maintaining quality standards.
