Job summary

Pavestone Company is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team in Massachusetts. You will operate and maintain a computerized manufacturing machine, monitor quality, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

This is a hands-on, team-oriented role focused on consistent performance and adherence to production specs. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, reporting data to the plant manager, and performing routine setup, calibration, and tool changes as needed to

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power transmission, pneumatic and control systems.

About The Role

As a Machine Operator with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• Safe Operation and Maintenance of a Sophisticated, Computerized, Manufacturing Machine
• Reporting All Needed Information to the Plant Manager
• Using Equipment and Tools to Manufacturing Specifications
• Taking Variety of Measurements to Monitor Process and Ensure Quality Production
• Machine Maintenance and Set-Up
• Cleaning the Machinery
• Operating a Forklift

We Require

• A Minimum of 1 Year of Manufacturing Experience.
• You Must Have Strong Mechanical Aptitude and Trouble-shooting Skills.
• A Working Knowledge of Electrical, Hydraulic, Power, Transmission, Pneumatic, and Control Systems.
