Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a bagging machine and packaging equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient packaging of products.

This role includes regular quality checks, equipment setup, and production logs; cross-training is provided and additional duties may be assigned. Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging machine, including roll changes and machine set up.
• Perform weight and volume checks every 15 minutes to ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily production paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor packaging for; proper fill levels and seals, legible production lot codes, correct palletizing/wrapping & top sheet application.
• Inform supervision of any equipment issues, production delays, or personnel concerns.
• Participate in cross-training for other tasks and equipment operation as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
