Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Machine Operator for our client in West Union, SC. You will operate machinery to produce lead grids for battery casings and support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time hours, paid training, and temp-to-hire potential with pay increases upon hire. Candidates must wear steel-toed boots, be able to wear a respirator, work 12-hour shifts (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 12-hour shift capability (2 on, 2 off, 3 on).
• Lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background check.
• Must wear safety boots and respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce lead grids for battery casings.
• Operate casting machines to form lead into slabs for grid manufacturing.

Our client, manufacturing in the battery components industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: West Union, SC

Pay Range: $21-$23.00

Shift: 1st and 3rd
