If you're successful, you will work 12-hour shifts, 13-14 days over a 4‑week rotation on day shift. Due to this pattern, you get 7 days straight off once a month - this is in addition to vacation and PTO. We offer a climate‑controlled and clean environment for a comfortable working day. Your day-to-day would involve:

• Operating multi-axis CNC machine tools
• Inspection of completed operations using CMM's, optical vision systems, and manual gauges & tooling
• Changing consumables such as electrodes and tooling
• Complete daily preventive maintenance checks
• Assist in the development of new product introduction programs
