Job Description

Title: Operator

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1 shift differential for 3rd shift

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

Summary of Role

Perform tasks in manufacturing plastic parts involving injection molding and support equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate issues to lead and QCIT.
• Follow Quality Assurance Manufacturing Plans and Operator Instructions.
• Follow instructions accurately.
• Maintain tools and supplies for jobs.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the work area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 6 months manufacturing experience.

Physical Demands

• Frequent bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, exposure to high noise levels requiring hearing protection.

Work Environment
