Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled machine operator to read specifications, adjust equipment, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist other operators, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following safety rules and procedures. The role offers competitive pay and benefits and opportunities for growth within CRH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or at least one month of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers
• Knowledge of the basics of hydraulics, electricity, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Must encompass computer literacy as well as strong mechanical ability
