Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QMS, food safety standards, and GMP's.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate all assigned equipment according to safety standards, quality requirements, GMPs, and job specs.
• Monitor beverage filling equipment, packaging lines, de-palletizers, and stackers for performance and quality.
• Perform start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Execute clean-in-place and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene.
• Document production data, machine settings, downtime, and quality checks.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards for volume, labeling, and appearance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Support line setup and ensure correct materials are used.
• Complete documentation accurately and thoroughly.
