Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for the second shift (2:30pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). The role focuses on operating and monitoring production machinery, with potential involvement in setup, calibration, and finish work to support our medical device manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience; familiarity with drawings/blueprints and basic inspection techniques is expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of company-related work experience and/or 2–4 years operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products under moderate supervision.
• Applies proficiency within discipline, completes tasks and assignments and solves routine problems with latitude for independent judgment.
• May be involved in equipment set-up and/or calibration of more complex assignments.
• Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensional to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.

JOB TITLE: Machine Operator - Second Shift

Shift Schedule 2:30pm to 1:00am Monday to Thursday

Job Summary

Job Requirements
