Job summary

Integer is seeking an Associate Machine Operator for 2nd shift. The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with a focus on punctuality and attendance. You will work with manufacturing machinery, read blueprints, and perform setup, calibration, and finishing operations under supervision.

Offers include base pay of $18/hr plus a $2.50 shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and a robust total rewards program. High school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude are required.

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.

This shift requires availability Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, along with excellent punctuality and attendance.

Pay Rate: $18hr

Shift Differential: $2.50

Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
