A.R. Mazzotta Employment Specialists is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the Portland–Marlborough Area in CT. The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts on Monday–Friday with competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits.

You will gain hands-on experience operating molding and production equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring quality and safety on the line. Ideal candidates may have manufacturing exposure or be eager to learn, with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Choose the Shift That Fits Your Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm during the summer months
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and heavy molds
