WITRON Group in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join our automated material handling system environment in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate and monitor MHE, troubleshoot faults, perform basic maintenance, clear jams, and support uptime. Candidates with 1–2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing setting and good problem-solving and teamwork will thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks.
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system.

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods

• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures

Work Environment

• Work includes time in cold storage and freezer environments (down to -10°F)
