MACHINE OPERATOR

Summary of Position:

As a Machine Operator, you will operate various types of machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Your primary duties include setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to ensure proper functioning and high-quality product output according to specifications. You will troubleshoot issues during production and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good condition.

Accountabilities:

• Set up machinery according to production specifications, including adjusting settings, loading materials, and following safety protocols.
• Operate machines during production runs, monitor performance, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on products and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Keep accurate records of production, maintenance, and issues encountered.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMPs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and QA.
