Commercial Metals Company (CMC) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a production associate to support our steel and construction reinforcement operations. You will operate control stations, maintain machines, and monitor material quality while ensuring smooth production flow.

Requirements include 1+ year of industry experience and a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual skills are a plus. This is an on-site, full-time role offering training and advancement opportunities at a Fortune 500 company.

Competenze

• 1+ year of industry experience required.
• English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operate control station and header cart.
• Ensure machine is clean and in good working order.
• Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
• Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
• Produce quality product.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
