Join to apply for the Machine Operator role at Altium Packaging.

Location Address: 405 Nestle Way, Breinigsville, Pennsylvania 18031

Work Shift: 12hr-C Shift (United States of America), rotating schedule with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off every other weekend, from 5:30pm to 6am.

Pay: $21 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

SIGN ON BONUS: 40 hours' wages after 30 days and 80 hours' wages after 90 days.

The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting process problems, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to work schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety policies and comply with regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments.
• Operate and troubleshoot molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Conduct quality inspections and make necessary adjustments.
• Report defects, perform audits, and document production.
• Replenish packaging materials and handle finished goods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Basic mathematical skills and computer experience.
• Experience with blow molding preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire.

Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Exposure to mechanical parts, loud noise, temperature fluctuations; PPE required.
