Job summary

VAL-CO is seeking Full-Time Machine Operators at the New Holland, PA facility for the second shift (2:30pm–1am). Pay starts at $18/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential; total $20.50/hr incl. premium.

Training will occur on first shift (6:00am–2:30pm). Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines, adjusting settings, logging work, and ensuring safety and quality. Requirements: stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, basic math, ability to work with moderate supervision, and basic

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner.
• Complete required logs and tracking cards.
• Ensure machine is maintained for highest level of productivity.
• Perform in-process inspection on components being produced.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
• Consult lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area.

We are currently looking for Full-Time Machine Operators in the New Holland, PA facility. The position is second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 1am. Pay starts at $18 per hour depending on experience with an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Training will be on first shift (6:00am to 2:30pm). Salary: $20.50 per hour including shift premium.
