Job summary

Afinitas is seeking a manufacturing operator to support nesting, primary, and kitting processes in our facility. You will operate plasma, laser, brake, saw, and overhead crane machines, with flexibility to rotate to other areas as needed.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, maintaining a safe, clean workspace, organizing parts for others, and contributing to continuous improvement. Prior machine operating experience is a plus and strong communication is essential.

• Ability to multi-task simultaneously, able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Have good housekeeping skills and strict adherence to safety.
• Take personal ownership and pride of quality work in the department.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous machine operating experience is a plus.
