Job summary

Afinitas is seeking a manufacturing operator to oversee nesting, primary, and kitting processes and to operate plasma, laser, brake, saw and overhead crane machinery in a high-demand environment. Forklift duties and strict safety practices are required, with emphasis on organizing parts for quick access across teams.

The ideal candidate will multi-task effectively, uphold housekeeping standards, and take ownership of quality work.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task simultaneously, able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Have good housekeeping skills and strict adherence to safety.
• Take personal ownership and pride or quality work in the department.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous machine operating experience is a plus.
