Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in New Bedford, MA to support production operations on the 3rd shift. You will handle cavites, perform prep work, read basic measuring tools and inspect finished parts for quality.

The ideal candidate has mechanical skills and can read schematics, following manufacturing specifications while contributing to a globally recognized golf products leader.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• Ability to read basic machine shop measuring tools.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills and knowledge of machine shop techniques.
• Ability to read schematics and follow manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform hobbing of cups for experimental and production cavities.
• Prepare cup blanks for machining processes.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of cavities.
• Cut raw materials to specifications for manufacturing.
• Deliver finished cavities and parts to various facilities and perform final operations on silicone bronze mold cavities.

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the golf industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: New Bedford, MA

Pay Range: $21- $24hr

Shift: 3rd shift

What\'s the Job?

• Perform hobbing of cups for experimental and production cavities
