Job summary

eTeam in Neenah, Wisconsin, seeks a manufacturing associate to master key process elements, perform quality checks, and report results. You will operate high-speed equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain accurate production records while upholding a safety-first culture.

Demonstrated ability to work on a team with rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential. Prior experience with industrial equipment and PPE is preferred, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/related industrial experience or equivalent Military education/training.
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions.
• Wears PPE including ear, eye, and toe protection in a high-noise/dust environment.
• Experience with industrial equipment, tractors, and forklifts preferred.

Job description

Quality

Required Qualifications

• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing/ related industrial experience or equivalent Military education/ training.
• Can maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions and use strong gripping hand functions frequently.
• All are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye, and toe protection, as regular exposure to high noise levels, dust and some chemicals will occur.
• Previous or current experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with industrial manufacturing equipment, tractors, and forklifts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and complete multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution
• Previous or current experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with industrial tractors or forklift operations
