Job Description

Shift and Compensation:

• 2nd shift 3:30pm - 12:00am (midnight)
• 3rd shift 11:00pm - 7:00am
• Monday-Friday
• Pay: $15.00

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this position involves safely operating various machines and equipment involved in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to prints and specifications, including hobs, presses, boring, etc.
• Produce the required quantity of parts within specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure quality and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain logs of units produced and record errors leading to rejects.
• Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Interpret and understand engineering designs and documentation.
• Quickly learn production equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Follow written instructions and safety protocols.

Education and Experience
