Job summary

Hendrickson in Mount Vernon, MO is seeking an experienced operator to run CNC, laser, and drilling equipment to produce parts that meet strict production standards.

You will read blueprints, manage basic inspection tasks, and maintain safety and quality through daily TPM and 5S practices. This role requires teamwork and dependable commitment to continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of inventory control.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have or be able to obtain a forklift license.

• Possess basic math skills.
• Average or above average skills in numeric and visual recall.
• Must be computer literate.
