Are you reliable, hardworking, and interested in a hands‑on career in furniture manufacturing? We’re expanding our team in SBA Home and have immediate openings across multiple departments.

SBA Home North Carolina – The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift – 6 am – 2 pm

2nd shift – 2 pm – 10 pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift – 10 pm – 6 am, ramp up coming August – $2.00 shift differential.
