Marvin in Minnesota is hiring Machine Operators for our wood processing team, where raw lumber is turned into high-quality components for our windows and doors. You will work with advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision products, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

A six-month apprentice-style training program helps you build confidence and technical skills.

Job Overview

In this role,you'lloperatea combination of advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision-crafted wood products. Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do.

You’llsucceed ifyou’reeager to learn, enjoy working with technology and machinery, and take pride in producing quality work. The first six months include an apprentice-style training program designed to build confidence, develop technical skills, andestablisha strong foundationin safe operating practices.

Monday – Thursday shift options withpossible overtimeon Friday

• Days:5:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Evenings: 3:30pm - 1:30am

• Monitor equipment performance and proactively respond to changes by making necessary adjustments tomaintainquality and efficiency

• CNC or machining set-up and operating experience (preferred)

Compensation
