Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Machine Operator to join our wood processing team in Minnesota. You will operate robotics, CNC technology, and traditional equipment to produce precision wood components for windows and doors, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role includes an apprentice-style six‑month training, a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, and relocation support with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Job Overview

In this role, you’ll operate a combination of advanced robotics, CNC technology, and established wood-processing equipment to produce precision‑crafted wood products. Safety, quality, and continuous improvement are at the center of everything we do.

You’ll succeed if you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with technology and machinery, and take pride in producing quality work. The first six months include an apprentice‑style training program designed to build confidence, develop technical skills, and establish a strong foundation in safe operating practices. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign‑on bonus when you join our team!

Monday - Thursday shift options with possible overtime on Friday

• Days: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Evenings : 3:30pm - 1:30am
