Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to operate manufacturing equipment and fabricate custom, made-to-order doors. You will work with hand and power tools in a team-based environment, following computer-guided instructions to meet exact specifications.

Training is provided for those new to the field, with ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement. We value dependability, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and motivated to produce quality work.
• Woodworking experience and manufacturing background preferred.
• Read and follow instructions from a computer screen to build doors to specifications.
• No experience? Training provided.

Highlights of your role

• Must be dependable, motivated with a commitment to performing quality work
• Wood working experience and manufacturing background is preferred

• Able to use measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, etc.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to build doors to specifications
• Able to be cross-trained in multiple positions and work as a team player

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General experience with computers is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
