The Production Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, assembling electronic assemblies per specifications, and ensuring quality is always a priority. We are looking for a motivated team player with a great attitude whom we can train to succeed in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electronic products and components according to instructions and visual aids.


• Set up and operate production equipment following standard procedures and profiles.


• Utilize quality practices to ensure assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.


• Monitor and inspect products for quality issues; take pride in the accuracy of your own work.


• Perform basic operator maintenance for manufacturing equipment and keep accurate logs.


• Comply with all safety guidelines, including safe handling and disposal of materials.


• Flexibility to work in different areas of the production floor as needed.


• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace.


• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.


• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., and stand for a regular 8-hour work shift.


• Availability for overtime and weekend work as required (in addition to a standard 40-hour work week)
