The Sanmina Fremont facility is seeking a hands-on operator to set up and run CNC mills and manual saws, trimming and preparing metal and nonmetal parts to exact specifications. You will verify dimensions, deburr, drill, and inspect quality while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

In addition to production duties, you will handle material movement with a forklift and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure stock and parts availability. This role demands reliability and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years of work-related experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Previous saw operations experience, preferred (We will train the right candidate).
• Ability to stand regularly and frequently lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail orientation, value accuracy.
• Participate as a positive, contributing member of team.

Responsabilités

• Deburr or polish finished work piece.
• Manual drilling of work piece.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
• Perform Helicoils ,Rib nuts, hardware installations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Material Handling: Includes driving forklift, putting away material in designated areas, keep levels of material in stock and organized, and ordering of material.
• Communicate needs with Purchasing Department

The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full‑service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California’s Silicon Valley, this facility produces low‑to‑mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full‑scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems. In addition, this location offers in‑house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.

What You’ll Do

At Sanmina, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $49,920 and $60,320 ($24.00 - $29.00) per hour, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
