Job summary

LeoForce in Los Angeles is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift options include 1st shift 6am–2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm–11pm. A high school diploma and prior machine-operating experience are preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read production documents are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating or working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret production documents, measurements, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Details

The Machine Operator is esponsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are manufactured to quality standards while maintaining safety, efficiency, and accurate production records.

1st shift 6am-230pm
2nd shift 230pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production machinery according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
