Haering Precision USA LP in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate and adjust machines, monitor quality, and support production goals in a climate-controlled facility.

This hands-on role offers on-the-job training on first shift for new movers, with growth within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, disability coverages, paid vacation, PTO and holidays, plus a monthly incentive up to $400.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and grow in a hands-on role.
• Interest in working in a high tech manufacturing environment.
• Able to participate in on the job training on 1st shift for at least 2 weeks.
• Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools.
• Communicate key details during daily shift change meetings.
• Prepare and check containers with correct labels and part counts.
• Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required.
• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities
