Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate up to three machines at a time and monitor production to ensure proper functioning.

You will check the quality of machines and finished workpieces, measure dimensions with precision tools, and mount, align, and secure workpieces following established processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and availability for 2nd shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator, production technician, or similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.
• Available for 2nd shift and over time when needed
