Job Responsibilities

1. Check all the equipment and the surrounding area: winders, take upcarts, manual/sample labels, etc.
2. Inspect the tubes for damage before loading onto the winder.
3. Handle any abnormal conditions in production: fly or broken yarn, power failure, shutdown, yarn path, T/F, missing guides winder status, etc.
4. Manually doff the bobbins that are below A2 grade and fill in the identification card.
5. Execute the routine work.
6. Clean your assigned housekeeping area every day.
7. Execute the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor's assignments as asked.

Compensation

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. Most positions are 12-hour swing shifts (2 weeks of day shift, 2 weeks of night shift).
