The Machine Tool Operations team powers precision and productivity expertly running and maintaining manual and automatic jewelry equipment, driving smart efficiency upgrades, ensuring WIP accountability, and keeping everything running at peak performance.

The Machine Operator plays a key role in our jewelry manufacturing process by operating and maintaining both manual and automated machinery. This position ensures consistent quality and productivity across multiple areas of production.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various types of manual and automatic equipment used in jewelry manufacturingPerform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performanceMonitor and maintain accountability for work-in-progress (WIP) materialsCross-train in multiple departments to support shifting production needsFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first work environmentOffer feedback to improve operational efficiency and workflow

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machineryProficient in basic mathAbility to use measuring tools accuratelyStrong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
