Machine Operator

Shift/Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 /hr

Location: Kettering, Ohio - 45459

Experience: Entry level, 6 months+

Machine Operator Job Duties and Requirements:

• Work with the production team in a high-speed remanufacturing facility to repair, replace, and refurbish Torque Converters to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Operate MIG/TIG welding processes, manual lathes, and bonding processes for Torque Converter production.
• Install final product components using hand and power tools.
• Verify all parts for defects before moving them forward in the line.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and comply with OSHA and L&I regulations.
• Adhere to established company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
