Role Description

The Machine Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jackson, NJ. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor stone-cutting and finishing machinery to process marble and granite slabs according to specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, performing routine machine adjustments, measuring and inspecting finished pieces for accuracy and quality, and safely handling hand tools and equipment. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, reporting equipment issues, and following safety procedures and production schedules. Collaboration with supervisors and team members is required to ensure efficient workflow, quality standards, and timely completion of customer orders.
