Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Houston, TX seeks an entry-level Machine Operator to join a rubber stamping and gasket manufacturing team. Training is provided for those with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

The role is based in East Houston with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production machinery, reading tape measures, inspecting finished goods, and assisting with warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload raw materials as needed.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties.

Accurate Personnel is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Machine Operator position with a growing rubber stamping and gasket manufacturing company in East Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $14.50-$16.00/hour depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in East Houston, Texas
