An induction heat treating company is now hiring.
Machine Operator Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate induction machines consistently and error-free to meet quality standards.
• Skillfully load and unload parts into fixtures and machines.
• Ensure precise, consistent, and error-free work output.
• Monitor machine operation for malfunctions and/or operator errors.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with team members.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks involving bending, stooping, standing, and walking on hard surfaces in a designated area throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Machine Operator Pay:

• $17 /hr.
