Qualified Staffing in Hamilton, AL is seeking Machine Operator contractors for ongoing production through late 2026. This role requires mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. Two shifts available with training on days: 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 3rd shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM / 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Pay is $18.00 per hour. Successful candidates will pass a background check and drug screen. Boots with slip-resistant soles are required.

• Experience reading gauges.
• Mechanical and/or basic computer skills preferred.
• Slip-resistant steel toe boots or shoes required.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Position Type:

This is a contract position only. Production is currently scheduled to continue through the end of 2026 (subject to change).

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (train on days) 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Sunday through Thursday (train on days) 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Previous experience reading gages
• Mechanical and/or basic computer skills preferred
• Slip-resistant steel toe boots or shoes required
• Must pass background check and drug screen
