Job summary

Aerotek in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to perform visual and automated inspections of printed products. You will operate Slitter, Seamer, Inspection Table and Cutter, finish rolls of labels for packaging, and record results on forms.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to perform visual and automated inspections of printed products. This role involves finishing operations to complete rolls of labels and package them, recording results on designated forms, and operating machinery including Slitter, Seamer, Inspection Table, and Cutter. Additional job-related duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete finishing operations to prepare rolls of labels for packaging.
• Record operational results on designated forms.
• Operate Slitter, Seamer, Inspection Table, and Cutter machinery.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency in using a ruler, calculator, and basic hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
