Job Description

Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Machine Operator for a company based in Groveland, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for preparing organic mixes using heavy equipment, setting up machines, and performing safety checks.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate a computer-controlled production system for multiple ingredients that are processed in the mix room. Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
2. Maintain accurate records of raw material, samples & equipment operations.
3. Calibrate machines at the beginning of shift and recalibrate machines at end of shift.
4. Operate a forklift to transport materials. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Actively maintain good housekeeping standards in the assigned areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. At least 2 – 4 years of Machine production experience.
2. Ability to operate a Forklift and stand for a long period of time.
3. Must have reliable transportation.
4. Follow workplace safety standards.
