FastTrack Staffing in Michigan is seeking a manufacturing associate to support fiberglass and SMC production processes. You will learn and operate multiple machines, load glass, apply resin, sand edges, inspect parts, and package finished goods in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, requires the ability to stand 8+ hours, and willingness to pass pre-employment screening as part of a team.

Formación

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Comfortable working with fiberglass.
• Machine operation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Loads the glass into the press, lines it up properly.
• Spreads the resin on the glass.
• Sanding the edges once it is complete.
• Inspecting the parts.
• Packaging them into the correct packaging.
• Working in the mixing/SMC department

Job Responsibilities

Cross training on all machines such as Sheet Stock, Mold Press, Pultrusion, Glass cutting, and/or Mixing.

Job Duties
