Job Description

Phoenix Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator at our Glasgow, Missouri facility. This role reports to the shop foreman and involves setting up and operating various machine tools to produce parts according to fabrication drawings. The position requires attention to detail, CNC programming skills, strong math abilities, and the capacity to interpret drawings and sketches.

Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and sketches.
2. Set up, calibrate, maintain, and repair machinery.
3. Operate lifting devices for material handling.
4. Inspect, mark, and transfer finished products.
5. Maintain production logs and verify job completion.
6. Manage inventory of supplies.
7. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
8. Follow safety policies and practices.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
