Job summary

Clarios in Geneva, IL is looking for a Machine Operator to manage automated production machines. You will be responsible for performing quality checks, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring a clean workspace.

This role requires manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a hot environment. Additional benefits include health insurance, a 401k plan, paid vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods.
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, etc.).

• 2nd: 2:00PM/3:00PM - 10:30PM/11:30PM
• 3rd: 10:00PM/11:00 PM – 6:00AM/7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machines
• Perform quality checks and make minor equipment adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area
• Keep accurate production records and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods
• Comfortable working in hot environments
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirator)
