Clarios in Florence, KY is hiring a Machine Operator to run automated PowerFrame grid equipment on a 12‑hour rotating schedule. The role includes monitoring production, changing coils, and reporting material usage with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated PowerFrame grid machinery and related equipment.
• Monitor production, perform coil changes, and eliminate defective parts.
• Track raw material usage, scrap, and inefficiencies for reporting.
• Support machine die changes and preventative maintenance activities.
• Record all work completed in system work orders.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing improvements and cost reduction projects.

Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:45am–7:15pm
• Night Shift: 6:45pm–7:15am

12‑hour, 2‑2‑3 schedule (15 days per month) with every other weekend off

Shift Differential

• 12-hour Day Shift: +$0.45/hr.
• 12-hour Night Shift: +$1.00/hr.
